Introducing our latest water activated split cake liners! A little splash of water will turn these colors into liquid liners! The splash liner is available in twelve different variations, each containing multiple colors. These liners are perfect for face and body painting. Apply using one of our specially designed Splash Liner Brushes.
Benefits:
- Highly pigmented color payoff in one swipe
- Does not crack or fade
- Creates thin or thick lines depending on the brush used for application
- Shades can be mixed together or combined into a color gradient
